Analyze then Design
It all begins with an idea. Needs ANALYSIS is assessed through a series of questions to determine the ‘who, what, where, when, why, and how’ the training will be presented, resulting in a plan of action and project timeline. Next, DESIGN begins through creation of storyboards and ideation of delivery methods, assessment ideas and a lot of communication and collaboration among relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Development
After determining the content each part is developed to match established goals. Careful evaluation of each element to determine its efficacy followed by opportunities to evaluate each iteration prior to the final handover. Tools like Articulate Rise and Storyline in addition to Camtasia and Vyond result in smooth, polished deliverables that compliment the LMS systems in use.
Implement and Evaluate
Roll out of the deliverables along with any supports needed to place them in the hands of learners is key in this portion. Feedback ensures that learning objectives have been met. A variety of evaluation tools from learners and instructors assist with engagement and preparation. Frequent trial testing of products throughout all stages smooths these final areas.
